OUR PURPOSE

Connecting the right product with a real operational need.

4LOM Strategy is developing a value-added commercial partner (VAD) model for manufacturers of mining reagents, grinding media and consumables. The proposal combines market intelligence, account development, technical coordination and supply planning.

TARGET PORTFOLIO

Critical inputs. Mining specialization.

These are the families prioritized in the 4LOM business plan. They are not an inventory-availability list and do not imply confirmed exclusive distributorships.

01Grinding media+

Forged and cast steel balls for SAG and ball mills. A first-stage commercial priority; each proposal requires confirmed specifications, availability, logistics and delivery terms.

02Flocculants, coagulants & process water+

Polymers for thickening, clarification, solid–liquid separation and process-water recovery. Product selection and dosage depend on testing and qualification.

03Flotation reagents+

Collectors, frothers, depressants and modifiers for mineral processing circuits. Metallurgical evaluation and site-specific compatibility are required.

04Inorganic process chemicals+

Soda ash, caustic soda, quicklime, hydrated lime, hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid. Evaluated case by case for supply, transport and regulatory requirements.

05Specialty reagents & consumables+

Antiscalants, organic extractants and activated carbon for specific technical applications, subject to availability, validation and commercial agreements.

TARGET COMMERCIAL COVERAGE

A focused strategy for Argentina’s Andean mining corridor.

The first stage prioritizes opportunities in Jujuy, Salta, Catamarca, San Juan, Mendoza and Neuquén. A Salta–San Juan logistics interface is a planned model, not a claim of existing offices, warehouses or distribution centers.

OUR OPERATING MODEL

Validate first. Scale with evidence.

01

Identify

Map mines, projects, procurement contacts, specifications and qualified demand.

02

Qualify

Coordinate commercial dialogue, technical data, samples and tests when appropriate.

03

Structure

Assess agreements, prices, Incoterms, permits and licensed third-party logistics before committing deliveries.

Market development and representation are subject to specific agreements. Physical logistics will be introduced progressively when supported by contracts, demand and applicable legal requirements.
